If you get a good leader and understandable manager then your life is good at Adecco. If you get a psychopath Lead and Sarcastic manager then you are life is miserable at Adecco.

Poor middle management. What we communicate to our lead and what our lead or manager communicate to upper management is completely different. Always a blame game.

People here are very helpful and the clients they are handling are mostly tier 1 companies, you can easily achieve your targets and you don't need to worry about the job security. Unlike other staffing agencies these people really take care of their employees.

Not good framework for learning and growth for reporting members, managers are mostly self centred, hesitate to give projects to team members, mostly they take up all credit and want to do everything on own Especially HR department

If you are leaving Adecco India Pvt Ltd. Their So-called PF trust format sucks. Like they would literally make you run for your own PF money. You will not be able to get that trust money transferred to your Government PF account from them. You will end up emailling them and they will make you go round and round.
