Company is open to explore newer opportunities in infrastructure projects. Adoption of new technologies and financial investment. Younger people get many opportunities for career development

Dislikes

Very limited power and authority in decesion making process to middle management. Long meeting hours than schedule time reduces effective working time and required to work stretched timing. Superior are not encouraging others in decesion making process demoralise the enthusiastic person for newer initiative
