Likes

Here no one is worried for execution of task and how to improved it, rather only having a relaxing attitude. If some new guy joins and wants to add different thinking, conventionals pull him down. So working wise one is going to have a relaxing life.

Dislikes

No body is worried about the outcome of the collective work. Each busy justifying there job only. Top management (not promoters) only wants to hear praise and self importance, not ready to accept even constructive criticism. Hence no growth beyond middle management in terms of responsibility unless one is okay being rubber stamp.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
