Adagrad has an outstanding work culture. The management is supportive and there is a lot of collaboration and teamwork among the staff. The company also provides a lot of opportunities for learning and development both on the job and via training sessions. I have gained valuable skills and knowledge that have helped me grow professionally.

Dislikes

Sometimes the workload can be overwhelming and you may have to work long hours. However, the company does compensate for the extra effort and recognizes the hard work of the employees. If you are looking for a stimulating and challenging career, this is the place to be.

i have been working at this IT company and my experience is extremely negatgive. The company culture is toxic and employees are made to overwork without proper compensation. there is no defined work schedule, and we are expected to be available 24/7. Regardless of personal commitments.

Dislikes

The company does not offer any normal perks that are commonly associated with IT companies. there is no proper work life balance and no support for employee development. The software development process are also lacking and there are no clear guidelines or procedures in place. Additionally the management style is heavily micromanaged. Employees are constantly monitored and given little freedom to work independently. this creates a highly stressful work environment and make it difficult to get work done efficiently. Overall I would not recommend joining this company if you are coming from even an average IT company. the lack of proper working hours and low pay and micromanagement makes for an unpleasant and unproductive work environment. The office is very small. The CEO does not have much experience and hence unable to guide you properly. You don't have a lot of opportunities to grow. Tech wise they are very behind.

I was a fresher when i joined Adagrad the thing that helped me was the culture over there which helped me build myself. I found the team to be extremely hardworking, the projects were very unique and challenging to work on.

Dislikes

Being a startup company it is understandable but the Company needs to set up more processes for smoother workflow

Fast Paced work environment. The learning rate is very high, working with cutting-edge technologies in Computer Vision.

Dislikes

Teams need to have a more defined structure across different levels. Ad hoc tasks create distractions many times.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
