i have been working at this IT company and my experience is extremely negatgive. The company culture is toxic and employees are made to overwork without proper compensation. there is no defined work schedule, and we are expected to be available 24/7. Regardless of personal commitments.

Dislikes

The company does not offer any normal perks that are commonly associated with IT companies. there is no proper work life balance and no support for employee development. The software development process are also lacking and there are no clear guidelines or procedures in place. Additionally the management style is heavily micromanaged. Employees are constantly monitored and given little freedom to work independently. this creates a highly stressful work environment and make it difficult to get work done efficiently. Overall I would not recommend joining this company if you are coming from even an average IT company. the lack of proper working hours and low pay and micromanagement makes for an unpleasant and unproductive work environment. I was a fresher when i joined Adagrad the thing that helped me was the culture over there which helped me build myself. I found the team to be extremely hardworking, the projects were very unique and challenging to work on.

Being a startup company it is understandable but the Company needs to set up more processes for smoother workflow
