i have been working at this IT company and my experience is extremely negatgive. The company culture is toxic and employees are made to overwork without proper compensation. there is no defined work schedule, and we are expected to be available 24/7. Regardless of personal commitments.

...ecommend joining this company if you are coming from even an average IT company. the lack of proper working hours and low pay and micromanagement makes for an unpleasant and unproductive work environment. Unless significant changes are made i do not see this company as a viable option for experienced individuals.

Great place to work with and has excellent work culture. Management is truly supportive and this company does research on some of the latest trends in the industry such as Object detection, Optical Character Recognition, Pose estimation, and many more. This company offers you freedom to work in your area of interest and a favorable environment for both personal as well as professional growth, and has tremendous potential to grow in the future.

Work schedule can get hectic at times whenever required. However, relaxation in terms of work timings is provided to make up for it.

The office is very small. The CEO does not have much experience and hence unable to guide you properly. You don't have a lot of opportunities to grow. Tech wise they are very behind.
