...riendly. Hike is uncountable figure-- that which can't be counted in ur payslip. Gradation system not based on your yearly performance but on their whom of cost cutting. Onsite opportunities are their in many projects. They have adopted to latest techs like cloud and AI but lacks the vision to implement full-scale market standard solutions. Not recommended for the freshers. It's good for the experienced people who look for a stable company to finish their career.

TCS offers good work life balance and average skill development. Once you are in they rarely fire. They have variety of projects where you will be mapped according to your skill even if you are average or poor in skill.

Dislikes

Poor salary hikes, Removal of hybrid mode. And Poor promotions. Only disadvantages of TCS job as a fresher is less money.

there ae no layoffs in TCS and will hopefully never happen. There is never too much work hence there is a god work-life balance.

salary s too low and even the annual hikes are at a very low growth rate. getting promoted for people is very random instead of being time-based or merit based.

TCS offers excellent training and development programs to help employees grow professionally. Also TCS is a well-established company with a reputation for long-term stability.

Compensation is slower to rise compared to some other competitors in the industry.

job security is the best part here. company culture and ethics are also greatbecause it TATA. Most of the government project and national level projects are likely to coming here. Depending on the type of project you are getting your life and experience will be super good or super bad.

very less pay scale and growth. even appraisals are given in penneies. if it is your first job, then you will be stuck at the same salary bracket for a very long time and andit's very difficult to get digital or innovator profiles being in a project which require too much effort from your side,and occasionally they keep changing the rooms and conditions also.
