1. culture does not exist after merger with US operation. it was very good 2 years back... 2. no roadmap or plan to achieve target... every year same status.... we not meet target...next year 3. US leaders will talk big and do nothing...they do not understand services...they knows staffing 4. new hr leader does fit HR role... he hasaccess to US leader and only makes politics... 5. hr checks people time coming to office...many manager not work after lunch time... no problem 6. new hr is not approachable...we miss old hr...she was far far better...she was a people person... 7. practice directors only talk general things...no focus on business...some do timepass only 8. some US peoples travels to India only to visit their relative and enjoy paid vacation... 9. no big projects and current projects are not good...recently customers lost due to quality... 10. global company on paper only...India WFO... but US office is all WFH... 11. US peoples treat India team bad...no proper involvement in project work...only order... 12. you can get selected to incentive trip only if you are close with manager... no criteria... 13. politics and politics...everywhere...everyone is pleasing US bosses.......Read More

Once project completed , they treats like a hell. demotivates like anything. if you are fully confident person after few months your are turned fear guy , I was non billable for sometime , they put it in PIP as a senior person they put it in PIP, That too some new topics i am not able to complete within a month. horrible place i have worked and they firing you. Everything went well till last year and after the incorporation with the US team its a disaster. Many employees were laid off without proper reasons. The new HR leader says employers need not to listen to employees concern at a employee connect itself And too he wants the employees to work 5 days from office itself as he worked like that 10 years ago

Mostly they depute engineer to client location, dtici and Mbrdi in Bangalore or stellantis in Chennai,

The business development manager for Bangalore is useless , he is never interact with the engineer and will never recieve call from the engineer if he needs any help/support from the Actalent and never ever had one-on-one interaction, he is just a lazy

EASi culture gone after merging with USA office then downsizing started. Practice head, senior managers wants only billing and never bothered about employees career growth Even APM, program managers here not allowed to play their roles rather they also executing deliverables and forced to show billing Leadership team always wants tosave close one to them by reshuffling the org structure now and then Micromanagement, threatening without options,forced to work in different domain to initate PIM, etc Overall not a safe place...Read More

carrer growth zero frequent relocation will be there salary will vary after Hr interview almost 80 percent of managers are dumb they are not upgraded with cuurent scenarios including L&D, CAD mangaers ,cae managers, senior HR and assistant HR, finance and lms teams are good apart from them remaining all will butter the top level us people and they will enjoy worst experience almost 7 years in that company i have worked . evryone is dumb in management side . HR never support employess they will stand only with project managers side . HR DEPARTMENT IS COMPLETELY ZERO IN THIS ORGANIZATION TOPlevel management should hire new team almost many sitting here for long period with zero efforts they will work like tortise no proactive Managing director look in to them very closely only buttering to md and higher level people .employee happiness is not valued in this company , work life balance is zero its not my opinion almost 80 percent people in this mood , only managers live happily in this company sorry to say this . but this what happening in this organisation worst experience come acrossed in this 7 years...Read More
