Candidates are required to personally finance their background checks and medical examinations, an aspect that significantly detracts from the organization's appeal. Rather than fostering a deliberate approach to employee training and upskilling, the company subjects its personnel to an arduous work schedule of 15+ hours per day, including weekends, effectively impeding their ability to enhance their skill sets and rendering resignation an intricate process. The paltry remuneration offered by the company is disproportionately allocated towards medical expenses, leaving employees with a meager net income. There is nothing to like about, No job security at all, they will throw you anytime as and when they require, no promotion or transparency regarding incentive structures, very toxic environment, this year multiple layoffs happened
