Worst company ever I have seen now honestly, they will take a cheque of 2.5 lakhs for the bond of 2.5 yrs which they say the bond is 2 yrs. They will increase the salary from 22k to 24k after the training period and after 2 years you will be paid only 26k/month which is less than low for survival. They will not even train you duringthe training period. Work hours are 10 am-6 pm but they will change your shift every week as per the client, they can take work up to 13-14 hours a day and will not pay even. Don't join the company if you get placed in college because definitely this company will spoil your years and you get nothing. The office environment is worst as there are a lot of fights that take place inside the company and they will threaten to beat employees outside and no one including your TL and manager will support you. They give opportunity to everyone one not dependent on degree if you have knowledge about the technology they will hire you

They are always hiring, it is a cybersecurity company but they outsource their employees to even helpdesk job, there no work life balance,all the policies are in the benefits of company. They will make you sign bond and will demand a blank cheque, increment and promotion are very bad,no discussion about increment,they say they will directly send the money and that is not at all good amount. Will out source you to multiple clients but won't pay you well. Their whole company is on bond. HR are not helping, management is very poor no shift allowance, will frequently changes your shift.
