All the things company holds There is no appreciation to employees, no support to employees. They keep on complaining about things that you havent done Always appreciate customer that they are always right . Lots and lots of political issues . TEAMS DOESNT SUPPORT EACH OTHER It is the worst company i have ever worked with .

Team mates are good,In most of the private firm job is not secure,lots of internal politics is there,work life balance is OK.

Dislikes

Appraisal depends on senior,no self appraisal.lots of politics is there,Not very good career growth,some team mates are selfish type.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K.
