- Business plan yearly/Quarterly/Monthly and its execution.
- Distribution Channel Management and Logistics (Primary and Secondary Sales):
- Distribution network smoothly working, unit sold in primary and secondary sales and revenue generated from sales.
Key Account Management/Growth and development:
- Percentage of key account retained and revenue growth from key account.
Brand and Customer Relationship Management:
- Average satisfaction rating from customers and percentage increase in brand recognition
Project and Team Management:
- Percentage of project completed on time and output per team member.
New Product and Market Launches:
- Average time taken to launch a new product and percentage of target market reached.
Market Revivals with Volume and Value Targets:
- Increase in market share percentage (old account revised) and percentage of staff effectively utilized.
Brand Enlistment With Retail and E-Commerce:
- Number of platforms Listing the brand and revenue generated from listed platforms.
- High Value High Margin SKU Contribution and Sales Audit:
- Revenue from high margin SKUs and percentage of audits passed.
Market and Sales Potential Mapping:
- Percentage of target market covered and Percentage of potential sales achieved.
Commercial Transactions Accountability:
- Percentage of error-free transactions and Percentage of timely transactions.
Outstanding Report and Payment Collection:
- Decrease in outstanding payments and percentage of payments collected on time.
Coaching and Training Empowerment:
