As we are small company, the hierarchy is not fully defined in some cases, which leads to few delays in decision making. This has been brought to the managements notice and we have a certain hierarchy being followed now. Slowly and steadily we are growing and improving !!

My responsibility is to validate software applications for different life sciences client, which involves lot of documentation, client interaction and consulting. Involved in creating training documents for CSV process.
