Acko for me was overall a good experience, the perks of working from home & a good work life balance & leaves as & when required

The drawbacks was that at the time of me terminating my agreement with Acko the leaves were not availed, salary was not satisfactory & unsure of appraisals & there was a slight bias in terms of promotional benefits so these were few points I wanted to highlight about Acko

salaries will be based on which consultancy approached you some consultancies give very low salary when compared to others even freshers get good salary starting but some consultancies will give low salary package even you are experienced

I Had the worst experience in that company. There is no job security in ACKO. No communication between seniors. Worst management. Dr Sandeep Nair was my manager at that time he didn’t even know how to communicate with his team. Worst manager i have to say.
