The best part is the work culture & the environment. A very friendly atmosphere where learning & growing are the main focus. A lot of opportunities for domestic as well as international exposure. The product is very vast and user friendly & features new keep dropping regularly which helps to keep an edge over the industry. Let's call it area of improvement. Need to speed-up hardware procurement to minimize downtime and boost productivity. Need to increase WFH flexibility for employees with distant families beyond 5 days a month. Need to revise more salary structure and benefits to match with top industry standards, and optimize TDS to make it more employee friendly.
