Its a good company in telecom sector.it provide good work environment to the employee to serve for the organisation.

Dislikes

There is not any kind of extra benefits like health insurance & direct allowances to their employees.

Everything is fine in ASPL but one thing is that there is not any initiatives from its own,it always depends on the employers company.

Management not good for any employees, salary deduction without any reason very high.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
