Lot of politics, Loads pressure to single person. No proper distribution of work within the team. Very less CTC compared to market and people who talks well with managers earn more than the actual work did by them. Real work is not recognised.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got chances to wear multiple hats and that helped me gets a taste of different roles within the same team.
