It’s best place for beginners, basically for Oracle DBA & Devloper’s.

The management is too poor. In this organisation only 2 People decision are everything, when you will give the resignation after that nobody (Managements) will talk to you. They will tread like you are nothing was do for organisation. I was worked approx 2 and half years in this company. And do everything for him.
