The review is restricted to IT team, If you are married and working here kindly apply for divorce else you may have to run to your in-laws house often. There is nothing called work culture, you will be treated like a piece of machine which needs to work for more than 13 hrs, nobody will care about you and your dependants. Within couple of months after joining I was forced to work till 3a.m from morning 10 a.m everybody thinks like a boss. They will assign you new tasks when they see you picking up your bags for the day and wants it to be completed within that day (till next day morning is considered as same day). They is no product, one HR person tricked me saying they have product for which they are hiring people but the fact is they only have in-house project for people management. The timing is so strict if you come a minute late you will be marked half day for that you have to beg to your manager, attendance will be marked only when you reach your desktop and login to it. IT team is the most cursed team in that company. They have a very special rule for women if a women leaves office after 8p.m they have to sign a paper which states the company does not have any concern on you once you leave our premises this applies to the person who take company cabs. During Corona issue they used everybody in the office like a porter to deliver desktop to bpo people home, never ever think of this company if you are a IT person....Read More
