Don't no about other LOB's, About CDS nothing to say.

Dislikes

In CDS you should work under such policy and there is no respect given to employees while quality grid is down and there is no leave for the year except Christmas..you cant take you experience letter to some companies they took you as a fresher even you have complete 5 to 6 years in access healthcare in CDS Team.
