Office work is only life in the employees and one more Over time don't give amount. If you speak OT amount manager will target you because Over time is very bad in management. Daily 10 to 12 hours compulsory do the work.

Never join in this company. They are unprofessional and unethical. Most of the people in management and legal behave arrogantly with bad attitude, especially legal advisor - Mahi Bala. she treat people very rude and nasty. She yell at the employees with derogatory words. If the management don't like you they will frame allegations on you, from there Mahi Bala will pitch in and get off her past life trauma on you with malevolence without even knowing anything about you. No market revision on salary for existing employees. Most the employees are moving out half heartedly only because of salary concerns. Access can gain more loyal and stabilized employees if a market revision on salary was provided. This can be done atleast for the employees who work for more than 5+ years.

Some of the TL are friends if u have a bad luck your will end up with phyco TL and manager tagging.

They are not even considered you as human , treating like a mechine which related to emotions of your will look deep low If you work hard you will get promotion depends on your TL , if TL had some favour on other partner what ever you do you will not get promoted
