I was not happy at all in what team i was as there was alot of so called politics going on in that team and may be there were other teams I could have got a chance to work I would have proved my worth... I have rated very badly because my manager and other higher authorities gave me a word when I mailed them about my concerns that was last 1 month back they were like we want to help you please don't resign and all that and I never wanted to resign from this organization at all but they made me do that as they had promised me that they will change me to another team within a week and after a month they come back to me and say you have to wait for another 2-3 months as I could imagine i would not survive in this team anymore I tried reaching some responsible persons who could help me but they are so busy they could not even reply me back, so yesterday at last after all this I took a heart breaking decision and resigned my position and I still kniw that they don't give a shit about me resigning and they have excepted with pride after all may they don't want me to work here because I showed them what's going on in our team of that they just could not digest and may be they could not like me being so much honest and loyal......Read More

They don't consider employee's health or concern. They ask for concern in every meeting but never considers it and never resolves it. Management is unprofessional. They never handle any situation professionally. Never allows to apply leave even for surgery and health issues, they ask to compensate those leaves or loss of pay. Theynever bother about employee's satisfaction on their work life balance. If we ask for project change, they never consider it. If we are releiving, they remove us form group and frame their own stories about the employee and damage the employee's name in meeting with entire department. They threaten other employees with these. HR also doesn't pickup the call or never call back. Worst management. They don't hire enough people and throw burden on existing people. Senior manager Divya is rude and Drama creator. She acts like she's the CEO of the company. She's behaves cheap and local. IJP is worst there. They give leader or manager position as soon as they come back from maternal leave. Such people are lagging to handle everything and the burden goes to the team. Those people make us to sit in front of the system upto midnyt 2am for auditing the charts. They don't consider employee's skills, instead they give position to people who play jalra to them. They don't give good appraisal score if we maintain 100% quality. 200% politics in office....Read More
