One of the worst company to work in BPO Industry. If you joined this company, never trust anyone. They have outside gang to make people mad. Always Micromanaging employees and play with their feelings. If anything found wrong, outside gang will seat near us and give extreme pressure along with your leads. If you stay near PG with sharing room, Be careful. They will sent their people and stay with you to disconnect positive group. I have bad experience like this. Don't be there after 1 year. Literally nothing starting from the higher officials behaviour to work ethics. There is nothing to be liked in this company

Employees are treated without respect and dont even think about your career growth, if you want to gain knowledge and choose medical billing as your career please find a better company. I mean this because I was a top performing employee there. And yes of course when I say career growth politics plays a major role in this company.
