Only good thing about Pacific was that they don't fire employees if employee is not in conflict with the management.

Dislikes

Work culture in Pacific was not good at all. People who has connection in management was getting growth easily. And rest were struggling. Management was not supportive. All they care about is number and not at all about employee. I was in AR and people who had good connection with TL or SME were getting easy work and rest were struggling. Management of Pacific was female centric. There wives were getting promotions, eventhough they are don't know AR very well. Just because they know someone in management, they got the promotion. There girlfriends were getting easy work and rest of the team just struggling with the work. That's all I want to say....Read More
