If someone doing any freelancing within office hour and company found any subspecies they take strict actions against employee and they wont help for your future as well, they wont pay your remaining salary they wont release any document as well. if you are joining this organization you need to be Loyal with company

This is the most unprofessional company that I have ever come across, first of all this is a "3rd party Outsourcing company" means:- they hire and make you work for some other company or clients, they are nothing but just a 'broker' who takes more money from clients and pay you less, hence they don't have projects of their own also.2nd- After hiring they will make you give Client Interviews which is again very hectic like 2-3 rounds. Important point here is they will 'fake your experience' like if you have 1/2 years of experience they will make it to 4/5 years because there is not much demand for freshers or 1/2 years, so if you get caught in interview then that's it gone-case!! 3rd- If you are not able to clear the client interviews (because obviously the interviews will be hard due to fake experience of 4/5+ years) after 1 or 1.5 months you will be "Fired Directly without notice." 4th- For this 1/1.5 months or even more you will not get salary! Whatever you do they will not give salary, they just keep saying you will get get, or even stop contact/connection with you! At the time of joining/interview they will be soo good and say things to impress you and tell that you will receive salary on time and get training/learning, but that' totally false!! This company just hires some fresher noobs and make them give client interviews of fake experience and if they clear they will make money otherwise they will just throw them out. Another important thing is it doesn't have any Senior Employees or Manager, because who will join this kind of fake company, It just has 1 founder and his friend as manager who doesn't do anything and a noob HR who is a puppet of founder. They also have another company in Maharashtra (QLORON Technology) which also does same things and both of them are jointly fooling around people by saying that they have branches and clients all over India. SO please don't consider joining this fake company, if you join you will come to know. I myself have faced all these personally and seen this happen to more than 4-5 people in front of my eyes hence I'm writing such a big review.
