I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. As a working in Abu Hatim, after your joining the don not provide the food properly. Salary credit after 3 months or 4 or 5 months. Management do not support to you, they want progress without provide properly transport. If any mistake from your side then they will punish to you accordingly MD laws. Ex. If you want vehicle for goingto site they will be provided the vehicle but empty tank. Not provide fuel and you will fill and go to site then they will ask you who was approved to you for using the vehicle .
