This company is a complete disaster. From the moment you join, you realize they do not honor anything promised in the offer letter. They lure you in with the idea of bonuses and other incentives, but when payday arrives, they suddenly have no money to pay. It's a bait-and-switch tactic that leaves employees feeling cheated and disrespected. The management is one of the worst aspects of the company. It’s clear they have no idea what they're doing. It seems like they stumbled upon this business by chance and are now struggling to keep it afloat. There is no leadership or direction, just a group of individuals making decisions that make no sense. They are utterly clueless when it comes to running a business or managing employees. The workplace is chaotic, disorganized, and completely unprofessional. Overall, this company is a nightmare to work for.
