A couple of leaders have been very motivating, has helped me grow and feel connected. You have options to grow internally. People can help you if you ask for help.

It really depends on your line manager how your career is going to throw. I have learnt a lot here- past 9 months had its own ups and downs- attrition is very high and it can be a bit scary if everyone around you is moving/looking out.

I'm in Abbott India, WH division, work culture is Great, Helpful team and managers. You can manage work-life balance very well. Other than that Clara foundation is very helpful for employees. Abbott deserves 4.5/5 for its services towards an employee.
