I like the Culture and the connect we have between all the Aapnaites. The freedom to experiment and launch new initiatives after its well-researched, keeping the team benefits in mind. We are a 100% virtual company and yet the team is fully invested and goes over and beyond to delight the customer. Employee engagement is very high and the leadership places a lot of impetus on meritocracy. It is a pleasure going to work here.
