"AAPNA has been a wonderful company starting out. Several things worth pointing out are within the overall atmosphere. Since AAPNA is a growing company, it allows the management team to easily help everyone get acquainted with the overall job feel. My fellow team members have been wonderful helping me get setup in my developer area.AAPNA does fun and interesting things such as having a large townhall meet once a month, virtual games at every Friday(as it has a permanent wfh structure). The culture in the organization is really amazing, I have learned more than I have expected, and I've never felt like I'm the junior developer everyone listens to each other's comments and thoughts.

Dislikes

The only thing I didn't like about the organization is that this is my first job and I've never been to an office, so I missed that part. Also, this is a personal thing it carries from person to person.

Remote work might limit direct interactivity with team members, however at AAPNA the meetings and activities were always engaging and never made it feel like we were missing out.
