Very poor work culture, don’t have respect for their employees. Companies directors and the management don’t even know who’s working in the company. No experience to gain from such worst company,I would suggest not to apply in such company where you don’t have respect. One of the worst company I have ever worked with worst experience. This company has employees who has more attitude and less business knowledge. Some of the employees think they are boss of the company. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
