This firm is very good for the exposure. The staffs and colleagues are very friendly. The senior especially is very good and very helpful. She mentors her juniors very well and encourages them to take up the matters independently. Increments are given on time. The salary scale is much better as compared to few of the big firms.

Only good thing is retention fees are paid on time without any delay.

Very toxic work culture. There is an unnecessary urgency created in all matters. Quantity of work is preferred over quality of work. There is no mentorship or guidance. Rather than guiding juniors they are shouted for ingenuity. Feels like a prison where every minute is accounted. Healthy discussion on law topics are assumed as gossip.
