This organisation provides opportunities for betterment of the production teams and most of the time the upper management team promotes within the employees to maintain balance.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

This organisation won’t support you if you are in the service department. The management team is only focused on production but they don’t want to listen to field issues. If anyone planning to move into this organisation please leave your personal life and Join there. That’s their moto.
