I have seen a lot of ups and down in this company even I was struggling under my initial days and feeling a lot of pressure due to my bad concepts but 1 thing I learnt from here is that : if you are really passionate about the technology then this is one of the best place to work with (literally lots of opportunities to learn and grow with a very good remuneration and bonuses) but if you are just looking for a 9-6 job without caring about your skills and responsibilities then this might not be a place for you. Very exciting projects to work upon, amazing learning opportunities of the one who is really deserving. Not a place for lickers as they review performance one to one transparently. Great salary hikes and bonuses. The haters are all fake and is the reason they had to hide their own identity. Obviously every company have PROS and CONS but they are transparent to everything so obviously if you are not truth to your experience or your work duties or responsibilities then anybody will have to take strict actions. Great thing is NO Politics, direct performance review and appraisals. You can learn as much as you want based on your will....Read More
