I have seen a lot of ups and down in this company even I was struggling under my initial days and feeling a lot of pressure due to my bad concepts but 1 thing I learnt from here is that : if you are really passionate about the technology then this is one of the best place to work with (literally lots of opportunities to learn and grow with a very good remuneration and bonuses) but if you are just looking for a 9-6 job without caring about your skills and responsibilities then this might not be a place for you. They keeps telling the employees about the area of improvement which is really good for me at least. But I have seen a lot of my colleagues who were taking this negatively as they don’t want to hear about their mistakes and area of improvement.
