From birthdays and festivals to work anniversaries, every occasion is recognized and enjoyed. The office, located in the basement of a building in a residential area, might be a bit unconventional—it only has one washroom, so there's often a queue! You can freely roam around and chat with anyone, and the marketing guy is always on the move, capturing content and turning everything into a reel. The company often seeks results that might be expected from someone with several years of experience, even for trainees. Additionally, there have been issues with adherence to the employment terms mentioned in the offer letter, and terminations can happen abruptly without prior written warnings.
