Flexible timing, healthy culture, learning and encouraging environment, they don't just want work from employees but they also want personal development of employees which I have seen rarely etc are some of many things which I love about working at 3PillarGlobal. They are supporting us in best way possible. They were among first companies who started Work from home for employees as they care about their employees. While there was news that many companies are firing there employees and cutting salary to half or 1/3rd, 3Pillar Global didn't cut salary of any employee and they even didn't fire their bench employees. It's rare to find committed and healthy culture company who cares so much about it's employees. They give you opportunity to learn and grow and they never create work pressure on employees.
