Learning is great and very good for freshers. Direct customer interaction and good amount of responsibility at the start of your career. Bonus are good.

Dislikes

Not much salary hikes, poor management of resources, work life balance doest exist

Work life at 3 i is non existent as you have to work till late daily and even on weekends as responsibility given at so early stages are huge

The company is good for Freshers as there is good scope to get technical Skill.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high, sometimes, need to work 12 to 15 hours/over nights. Less compensation, no extra benefits if work extra hours, difficult to get leaves, lot of escalations, sometimes may face rude behaviour from Managers.
