The company is good for Freshers as there is good scope to get technical Skill.

The work pressure is very high, sometimes, need to work 12 to 15 hours/over nights. Less compensation, no extra benefits if work extra hours, difficult to get leaves, lot of escalations, sometimes may face rude behaviour from Managers.

It's good for a fresher to join in this company as he will get chance to be a full stack developer with server level knowledge. Due to over work we will learn a lot and will achieve the capability to handle the pressure .
