Over all good experience with 3-i Infotech, I have enjoy my work , and the great memorable time to work with 3-i.

After left the company , company should be update the employee PF details within the time, Last 1 month i have struggle and send the mail regularly but no one take care for this to up date my joining and LWD at PF portal.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
