Their COO was fired recently what more can you expect over here? Toxicity is at its peak here. The upper management behaves in such a manner as if 360-degree cloud is a Big 4 MNC. This is a LALA company. It's better to be unemployed than to work here. The HR team that is here is just a sham mark>. No processes are defined. I was on leave for my daughter's birthday but still, my manager had a long call with me giving the excuse that the data needed to be prepared on priority. Rather than improving the environment of the company their HR team is putting up fake positive reviews everywhere. I believe in KARMA and I have this firm belief that this year itself this company will see its own downfall....Read More
