Not a single thing to like about this organization, everything is negative here. Even if one has limited options, I advise you not to join. There is the lowest-quality, lousy chapri person Avinash ( tere laayak koi gaali nai bani hai, tu khud gaali hai) who is best at licking the boots of his seniors and openly intimidates (threatens) his juniors. He is a person, who only does bad-mouthing (because he is best at this ) as this company doesn't give importance to your knowledge). CEO (Mr Sehgal) should look into it as this guy is not fit for your organization or any organization and the HR policies are regressive for employees. HR should not only believe the manager but also give them a chance to juniors to speak. Everything. Politics at the top, HRs here are useless. I don't understand why they need an HR department as these HRs have no sympathy for the Human resource. No support from HR even after they know your situation. Learning is zero as everyone is busy in sycophancy. Your life will become hell if you fall under Avinash / Mousami. Your mental health will take a toll.

Nothing to like. Company is just run by few leaders who are so called leader with 3-4 years of experience. Even if you don’t have any options don’t go here. Politics at highest order. You can be fired at any point of time. Within 2-3 Months they will initiate PIP that too without any information. HR are worst here, you won’t get any support from them. They will have illogical answer of every question. Learning is 0 because most of the time they would be micro managing you and creating toxic environment.
