There behavior is very unprofessional. They take interview and when all interviews were clear also had a HR round that is also clear. They ask candidate to please don't accept any other offer as we will give you offer letter, after that they ask for all documents when candidate submit all the documents. After that they hold candidate till last date of joining but they didn't release offer letter as well didn't revert on mail and call. And also after clear HR discussion round they ask for negotiation at the last moment at the time of joining date but after that they will not release offer letter. So, candidates please be aware and don't waste your time with them because they hold you and at last moment they didn't revert you as well as they are very unprofessional....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
