The management at this company does not prioritize employee health or mental well-being. Regardless of whether you are well or unwell, you are expected to meet deadlines, often working late into the night. No one seems to know exactly what they are doing here; while tasks are completed, they are not done in a productive manner. You'll never get the time to learn because you must complete work in just one day, even when the technology is new. As a result, you will never have the opportunity to fully contribute to projects. A company should aim for growth and success without sacrificing the well-being of its employees. Unfortunately, the management here appears solely focused on profits, often at the expense of employee health. I would never recommend this toxic workplace to anyone. Even if you don’t have other offers, it is best to avoid a company where only money matters. While the salary may be above market value, it feels like a trap. There’s favoritism in promotions and raises; only certain employees seem to benefit while others are left behind. Managers have little to no influence on decisions, as the CEO often provides nonsensical reasons for these choices.
