No job security at all No appraisal given The CEO himself micromanages the Junior most employees and makes the working environment suffocating. Having worked for 2.5 years in 2COMS, I can surely say no work-life balance at all, always they threat you of termination. They themselves never make any strategy for the situation when company runs in loss, but completely blames and takes out the frustration on the employees. They squeeze out employees to work 12 hours a day and even on the week off but still no appreciation at all. Only people who have no self respect and no hopes of switching in any other company are still working there for years because they know very well with this kind of skill degradation that happens in 2COMS, they can never get an opportunity from any other company. Though you will have to log in sharp at 9.30 but you can never log out on time. They always schedules meeting from 7 and stretches till 8.30, 6.30 being the logging out time.
