No doubt 2Coms is a very good organization but 1. Their is no exit interview. (You will be hunted by office politics) 2. HR/ Performance team are not fair enough with the employees. 3. A manager can even decide who will stay and who will not stay in company. 4. No one can here to listen once you will be targeted. 5. Manger like Abhra Parua is a parasite for good environment. 6.
