Un organised ,policy & process not defined. HR teams are not supportive to ex staff when they call for F& F and also not having courtesy to call back and give feedback. Salary will get hold with out intimation.induction and traning will not be provided and there in no future growth or personal development for new joiners.females staff are not safe in HO.So many females staff has been left due to harrassment and offers.My opinion please dont join this company as here HODs have no authority to take any decision or action unless and untill directors gets involves....Read More
