Likes

I joined as campus select, induction and starting days was good. My client was good I worked on good projects.

Dislikes

Poor training for campus selects during my batch. And long training period only after client interview people will get project. Only one major client ( That client also not much active now) Management couldn't find new projects, and if no projects they will ask people to leave the company. No hikes and less salary HR is the biggest pain will not releave you easily.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Lack of adequate projects. It has business concerns and stability issues
