they have all top banks as their customers having many good products/solutions with strong Brand in US flexible working hours and 2 days work from office is good You will get goodies frequently like TShirts , gifts etc.

No promotions No growth Bell curve fitting for ratings Too much work pressure at all levels 1 resource is doing work of 3 resources across levels and across products Its more or less a service based IT company Pls dont join if you have any other product based/captive company offer

There HR team is good every year they organise one game for all employees and winner is getting a great gift.

Dislikes

Its a product base company but the management is from service base and they have made the company literally service base. No hike, no promotion if you licking therer feet thrn they will like you. And then you will get the hike and promotion.
