Worst Decision Ever: Joining this organization has been one of the most regrettable decisions due to the lack of employee consideration. Onsite Work Offers No Benefits: Despite working onsite, there are no tangible benefits or perks, making the effort feel undervalued. Lack of Defined Timelines: The absence of structured schedules means being forced to work unpredictable hours, including overnight support for unnecessary activities like some clients' poorly planned DR operations. No Compensatory Offs for Weekend Work: Employees are not granted any time off in lieu of working during weekends, leading to burnout and dissatisfaction. Slave-like Treatment: Employees often feel dehumanized, facing undue pressure not just from clients but also from the higher management, with no respect for personal time or boundaries....Read More
